My journey in the world of Health, Fitness and Athletics started in the mid 80’s, And over the many years in this journey, I have always searched for ways to make my training more effective and to improve my Athletic and Sports Performance.
Through these challenges and experiences, and all the years I have spent in physical exercise instruction to countless individuals in various settings, as well as being on The Treadmill for so many years, I created THE ACTION TREADMILL WORKOUTS. These workouts introduce the greatest Cardiovascular Training ever! And that is due to their uniqueness by being Fun, Effective and Innovative, in engaging the whole body, addressing Balance, Speed, Strength and Coordination while making the Cardiovascular System Stronger.
When these components combined are integrated with physical exercise and Movement it help turn the body into a solid, well-balanced and “reliable” machine that does not only look and feel great, but also functions gracefully and with a great deal of power and efficiency. TREADMILL TO FITNESS will introduce you to fun and innovative steps, easy and effective plyometrics, movements and drills done on the treadmill that encompasses what is needed to get in shape and feel great.
